Learning and succeeding for tomorrow's world involves educating students and staff to use print and non-print resources effectively, objectively, and safely. The elementary media curriculum focuses on Information Literacy Skills that are centered on four Essential Learner Outcomes (ELOs) at each grade level that are completed during the school year. Students in kindergarten, first and second grades enjoy a story, check out books, and work in the computer lab. Third through fifth graders work on information literacy skills, have computer lab work time, and check out books. The links for each grade on left provide useful websites that support various areas of the curriculum. Please stop in to see all the treasures awaiting you at the Kennedy Media Center!
